One more recommended line of treatment for sciatica is regularly doing natural exercises which have been specially formulated to not only give relief from the pain of sciatica, but will also help in making you a healthier person. It is widely believed that you should stretch and exercise your muscles on a daily basis. It has been observed that muscles, which have been neglected and allowed to damage themselves through no activity, harm the sciatic nerve and because of this there is more undesirable sciatica pain. As of today, there is no sure shot method to completely treat this medical condition. Some individuals tend to try out natural cures for sciatica that may just give a temporary relief for the sciatica nerve condition. Some people look for help from a doctor and follow his advice to get relief from the symptoms of sciatica. You may choose to carry out your own personal research with the assistance of a variety of the methods documented above to find out which treatment will give you the most effective and long lasting relief from the pain you are undergoing.

Pain is just a symptom. A true cure should eliminate not only the pain but also the cause of the pain. Even though many causes have been identified, there will be continuous effort to come up with better treatment, which would eventually give permanent relief and long-term elimination of the cause.

So absolutely true. Pain is just a symptom. And a true cure should eliminate not only the pain but also the CAUSE of the pain. Not only the symptom; the cause must be addressed.
